OPI Step in Lime

Alternative to MAC Peppermint Patti

hello people, i so sorry that i don't keep up with this thing. Im sure not many people even read it but it's fun to think so =P haha. The other day i purchased two very pretty nail polishes from OPI. Although some people may thing 8 dollars for a nail polish is much, the quality of OPI is by far one of the best. OPI is definitely my favorite kind of nail polish. My fingernails have always been super short and nasty because i bite them. EW. So i was like i really want to be able to paint my nails. i decided to get fake ones put on and get them painted, and they ended up really natural looking and pretty.

Here are just a few random pictures of my nails and a tropical look i did with my 120 palette

enjoy =)

Soap and Glory!!

I absolutely LOVE Soap and Glory.  I am not sure how many people know about it because the only place I know you can get it is at Target. The first thing that I purchased from this brand was the face wash / mask called Scrub your nose in it.

It's weird because I wouldnt really call this a scrub. There are fine little granules that i could feel while i was washing my face but nothing that noticable. This face scrub is also a mask, which is what I like to use it for. Its minty green in color and definitely minty in scent. Its very refreshing and love to use it in the morning to wake myself up!! This is 12.99 at Target stores.

The next product that I purchased from Soap & Glory is the Easy Glistening
Ok so I am not exaggerating when i say this stuff smells soooooo goooood. If you like a kind of almond smell, you'll love this stuff. It's just a spray that moisturizes your skin and adds a little shimmer. It makes your skin glisten and is good for highlighting your skin. This item is also 12.99 at target!

My last and most recent purchase is their Sugar scrub. I was definitely skeptical at first because this scrub has lime in it, and usually i dont like the scent of lime. Well let me tell you, when i used this in the shower it was so great. If you don't like really strong scents i
wouldn't recommend this for you, but i just couldn't stop using this because it smelt that good! haha its a really good exfoliator and i don't think it is too gooey or sticky. I used this
other scrub once and it left a sort of film on my body. This one definitely did not do that, and it made my legs super smooth and the rest of my body smooth as well. This is a bit pricey a
nd i hesitated buying it, but i definitely think it is worth it, i mean you get a lot of the product. You can buy this at target for 16.99.

O.P.I Done Out in Deco nail polish

I got a pedicure recently and I decided to go check out O.P.I's new colors at Ulta and I found "Done Out in Deco" from their south beach collection! I really liked this color a lot when I picked it out but on my toes it didn't work so well...
Too bad I don't have any fingernails because I would definitely use this color on my fingers. I recommend this color because it just reminds me of spring time! The other south beach collection colors are wonderful as well and I cant wait to try them.

Eyebrow Threading

Yesterday I was at the mall and there is this booth in my mall that has these ladies that do Eyebrow threading. This technique originated in India and is widely practiced in the middle east. To do this you take a thread (usually cotton) and make a loops. Then you put it around your hands and twist it, making a bow shape (shown in the picture to your left!)
So anyways, they pull the string and it plucks out hairs in on clean line. Its very cheap as well! (mine was only 10 dollars). This technique could really benefit you if your skin is sensitive like mine and breaks out whenever you get your eyebrows waxed! Although the only downside that i have found is how much it hurt!! I usually don't mind getting my eyebrows waxed, or plucking them myself, but as I sat in that chair in the mall for the whole world to see!! haha my eyes were watering so bad, i felt so stupid haha.
I am most definitely going to be doing this more often though, even if it does hurt. If anyone has anymore questions on this please let me know . =) thanks you.
